Here is one of my favorite recipes:

1 beet, shredded<br />
4-5 carrots, shredded<br />
1 pear, shredded<br />
walnuts, chopped<br />

You should have about equal amounts of all 3 ingredients. Mix together.<br />
Add Apt. 321 dressing (below)<br />

Top with chopped walnuts or pecans, if you like.<br />
Serve alone or over greens.<br />

3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (raw, unfiltered, like Braggs brand)<br />
2 Tbsp. Umeboshi Plum Vinegar<br />
1 Tbsp. Tamari<br />

Serve over greens, such as baby spinach, or as a side dish.<br />
